The firm of Steven C. Shell was established in 1987 and understands the key importance of providing prompt service to all of our clients, whether large or small. We handle all projects personally including client meetings, design, production control, scheduling, construction administration and all regulatory agency proceedings governing the permitting and approval of a project.
We utilize only state of the art modern computer "Building Information Modeling" software in order to provide full 3D modeling in order to produce accurate and beautiful documents.
(BIM) Autodesk Revit 2012
Our office provides full architectural services for new construction as well as site planning, rezoning & zoning work, site studies, programming, construction administration, tenant improvements and space planning.
One of the firm's particular specialties is remodeling, renovations and additions to existing facilities. These types of projects demand an unusual amount of attention and detail to existing conditions requiring several on site inspections and investigative work which normally are not required for new projects. Our goal is to create a harmonious project which integrates both new and existing construction so as to provide an attractive, functional, economical and uniform design which best serves the client's needs.
